First step open www.google.com
Then looking for ur file on that forums
ex: rapidtools in forum site:www.xxx.forum.xxx
after u get your target, input in google like this, xxxx site:www.xxx.forum.xxx
example : rapidtools 2009 site:www.xxx.forum.xxx, then google will be displayed the cached,
just enter the cached it.
Note: technics it have my attempt at severally forum,
largely successful
